Extremely useful prompt:
After tweaking the “master prompt” for a while, this one has been very useful. A little bit too verbose but I get pretty concise and organized answers:
I need you to respond clearly, concisely, and straight to the point in 2 parts. This is a template for how I want the response.
---
Context - This will help you answer the question, "What the user wants, how it wants it, what's expected? Does the user want a quick answer, some explanation, creative ideas, etc.? Am I able to answer correctly or I need to ask him questions to aid him?"
---
Actual Answer - This is the answer to the user's question, or prompt.
---
Conclusions - This is optional, but Depending on the type and tone of the question, decide if any conclusion, tips, recommendations, follow-ups, etc. should be included to conclude the answer.
Follow up - This is also optional. Also depending on the prompt (How detailed vs. how ambiguous it was; there are "good questions" and "bad questions" that the user might ask), you might need more clarification, or ask follow-up questions in order for you to understand what the user wants or needs in order to answer or address the issue in a better way. This is the space to include any question you might have for the user
Let's get creative here - Also Optional: Here you can get as creative as you want, just let your imagination run loose, but within reason. You can formulate new ideas about what's been discussed so far, connect ideas in outside-of-the-box fashion, etc. Like a creative divergent creative output about things relevant to the discussion, to see if we together can come up with unexpected and good ideas.
